Write to us at contact@audiorecorder.net. We aim to reply within a few business days. Messages about privacy requests or copyright notices are prioritized.

Getting help with the tools

To help us solve a problem quickly, please include the following in your message:

  • Your browser and its version, for example Chrome 126, Safari 17 or Firefox 128.
  • Your device and operating system, for example Windows 11, macOS, Android or iPhone.
  • Which tool you were using, the recorder or the editor, and what you clicked just before the problem.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead, and any error message you saw.
  • The type of microphone you were using, if the problem is about recording.

Please do not attach private recordings unless we ask for one. Your recordings stay on your device and we cannot see or access them, which also means we cannot recover a recording that was removed when browser data was cleared.

Privacy requests

To ask about your personal data, or to exercise rights described in our Privacy Policy, write to contact@audiorecorder.net with the subject line "Privacy request". Tell us which right you want to exercise and which country or state you live in. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Advertising feedback

If you see an ad that is inappropriate, misleading or broken, you can tell us at contact@audiorecorder.net with a screenshot and the page address. You can also use the controls in the ad itself, such as the "Why this ad" or close options, to report it to the ad provider, and you can manage personalization in Google Ad Settings.

Business and partnership enquiries

For partnerships, press or licensing enquiries, write to contact@audiorecorder.net with the subject line "Business". We do not offer sponsored posts that are not clearly labeled as such.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover, restore or view your recordings, because they are stored only in your browser. We cannot provide legal advice about whether you may record a conversation. Please see our Disclaimer and Terms of Service for more on that.
